It's a chic, energetic and modern space in the heart of Gurugram, designed around a social, premium wellness experience — with backlit arched mirrors, a striped timber ceiling and a lounge.
Opening hours
Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Sunday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Classes
DLF Galleria offers Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Athletic Pilates, Stretch & Release, Lagree and private training. Every session is fifty-five minutes.
Lagree in Gurugram
Lagree on the megaformer runs at DLF Galleria, and at our Chattarpur studio too. It's slow, high-tension work with little rest between exercises — the hardest class we offer, and a good complement to reformer.
Packs and pricing
Group reformer packs start at ₹6,999 for four sessions, and a single class is ₹1,999. Packs are valid at both studios, so you can train in Gurugram or in Chattarpur, New Delhi, depending on where your day takes you.
After class
There's a Life Café at Galleria as well, for coffee, matcha or a protein shake after your session.
Your first visit
Book ahead and tell us it's your first class. Arrive 10–15 minutes before your class to complete the required waiver, and so an instructor can set your reformer up with you. Wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothing that allows you to move freely; grip socks are available at reception.
